Everything was simply amazing. By and large, it was an ideal place for sightseeing in Hanoi. - We had much fun and met outstandingly accommodating staff in their efforts to ensure all aspects of our stay were pleasant. - the location was particularly good for walking around a traditional water puppet theater.

The room had nice furniture, was quite spacious, and came with all you need - a shower, a hairdryer, and even a bidet! the bed was super cozy, and they even had hypoallergenic pillows 😊.

The location here is amazing - it's near Ngoc Son Temple which is cool. Plus, you're not far from the lake where all the action happens, trendy spots, and even the airport, so it's super convenient. the breakfast? Oh man, it's top-notch. They've got a bunch of delicious options to choose from that'll make your taste buds dance! 🍳

The breakfast was delicious and marvelous, with a great variety of Vietnamese cuisine and pancakes. the staff members were service-oriented and especially helpful. - the hotel had a central location and it was a short walk to Temple of the Jade Mountain.

The location was incredible, few meters away from a traditional water puppet theater. It was really close to the center of the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter, the lake, and restaurants in the heart of Hanoi, as well as markets and different events.

The double room with a balcony, waterfall shower, and large bed here was cozy; they served a tasty breakfast with various choices.

The hotel was small but safe, clean, and the location was close to the lake and night market. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were cleaned everyday. the staff provided excellent customer service and went out of their way to assist. They also gave great recommendations on eateries around the area. the spa services were good, and I highly recommend the aromatherapy full body massage. it was great value for money.

The gym was a bit basic and the entrance was a bit strange with a half-height door. it had enough equipment for a simple workout, so it wasn't really a major issue.

Great location! You're super close to all the cool sightseeing spots, and there's a beautiful lake nearby that's perfect for a leisurely stroll. There's also a swanky bar called Diamond Sky Bar just a 5-minute walk from here – super convenient! 🍸

The room was compact and brand-new. the staff was top-class. Very clean beds and a mini bar fridge, a kettle, and climate control. Perfect, magnificent location near the bus stop, restaurant in the heart of Hanoi, and Ninh Binh. Had a very nice stay during my four-day visit.

I recently stayed at the Bendecir Hotel & Spa in downtown Hanoi for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even upgrading our room upon arrival. The spacious and comfortable room, along with the fantastic city view, made our stay even better. The breakfast selection was impressive with plenty of choices, and the hotel staff were always friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!
